Queen Cakes Recipe

  Queen Cakes Recipe Ingredients : 3 cups of cake flour  1/2 cup of sugar  1/2 tsp salt  3 tsp baking powder  2 eggs  1 cup milk  1 tsp vanilla essence  1/2 cup of cooking oil  Method : Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix (dry ingredients ). In a separate bowl add eggs, cooking oil, milk, and vanilla essence and mix (wet ingredients ). Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Gently mix the mixture.  In your greased pan fill each baking tray cup with the muffin mixture. Bake at 180° for 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown.

    MASHED BUTTERNUT SQUASH RECIPE INGREDIENTS : 1 butternut squash 2 Tbsp of rama 1/3 cup of sugar METHOD : Peel your butternut skin, cut it into cubes then add to your medium heat pot, add your rama and sugar then close your pot, and cook until soft .. when soft mash your butternut .. then you are done.

When boiling gradually add maize meal and stir using a fork until the mixture resembles crumbs, cook for 15 mins and stir every 3 minutes. Cool and serve with Amasi.

JAM TARTS BISCUITS RECIPE INGREDIENTS  250g softened butter  250ml sugar  2 eggs  5ml vanilla essence  3 cups of flour  1 tsp baking powder  1 tsp bicarbonate of soda  Jam  Serves: 15 Jam tarts  INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease your baking pan In a bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light & creamy  Add eggs and vanilla essence then continue to mix Sift flour, baking powder, and Bicarbonate of soda then add to the creamy mixture and mix Divide the dough, put one cup of dough in the freezer for 15 - 20mins then the other one press it on your baking pan, and spread the jam over the base. Then take out the dough in the freezer and grate it on top of the dough in your pan Bake until golden brown and crispy Leave to cool then slice into equal squares then serve.

South African Easy Yellow Rice Recipe

  South African Easy Yellow Rice Recipe  Ingredients: 3 & a half cups of rice 6 cups of hot water 2 tbsp of Turmeric  1 tbsp Benny chicken flavor  1 tsp of the rajah Method : ● In your pot add rice, and water, and cover with a lid, co ok for 15 to 20 mins  ●When there's little water left in your pot, rinse your rice with cold water once and bring it again to boil ● Then add Turmeric, benny chicken flavor, and rajah then mix and let it simmer for 10 mins or until the rice is fully cooked. ● Remove from the heat and set aside for 5 mins, then serve.
