Homemade Custard
Ingredients :
2 cups of milk
5 tbsp of Custard powder
5 tbsp of sugar
1 cup of warm water
Method :
1. Add milk to your pot and let it boil for a few mins.
2. Meanwhile you are waiting for milk to boil, take a bowl and add Custard powder, sugar, and water and mix until everything is dissolved.
3. When your milk has boiled, add your Custard mixture to the pot and stir.
4. Make sure your heat is medium, continue to stir until you get a creamy texture.
• if your Custard is too thick add milk.
The trick is to keep stirring so that your Custard won't have lumps.
