Description 

Hello Group is looking for a strong candidate who successfully finished articles and falls within the intent to basic/ intermediate Financial Accounting skills. An individual who is a strong motivational fit has a strong personality who will go the extra mile, and have the drive to learn in a fun yet pressured environment is of high importance to be able to perform in this role. The company is willing to upskill on the below requirements and should be viewed as a guideline.

Minimum Requirements 

• Just Finished their Articles 
• Completed Accounting Qualification. ( Degree )
• Completed SAICA articles (Preferred)
• Min of 0-Three (3) years of commercial experience (in a non-audit environment) (Preferred).
• Treasury exposure is a bonus 
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Negotiation 
• Problem-solving 
• Communication skills 
• Analysis 
• Interpersonal skills / Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders 
• Mathematical proficiency
• Attention to detail 
• Ability to work under pressure 

Duties and Responsibilities 
  1. Oversee day-to-day payments and cash flow management.
  2. Partner with the business to establish controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, which includes monthly management accounts and annual audits.
  3. Ability to manage time and keep to deadlines. 
  4. Manage employees ’KPIs and deadlines.
  5. Compilation and analysis of buying and selling reports.
  6. Ability to profitably buy and sell foreign exchange contracts.
  7. Conduct recons on based deals booked with authorized dealers.
  8. Manage liquidity.
  9. Maintain the general ledger by processing all company invoices, payments, and purchases
  10. Review and verify the accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes.
  11. Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for external reporting.
  12. Daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting
  13. Investigate and recommend financial matters that affect the business

  Queen Cakes Recipe Ingredients : 3 cups of cake flour  1/2 cup of sugar  1/2 tsp salt  3 tsp baking powder  2 eggs  1 cup milk  1 tsp vanilla essence  1/2 cup of cooking oil  Method : Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix (dry ingredients ). In a separate bowl add eggs, cooking oil, milk, and vanilla essence and mix (wet ingredients ). Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Gently mix the mixture.  In your greased pan fill each baking tray cup with the muffin mixture. Bake at 180° for 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown.

  WORS / SAUSAGE STEW RECIPE Ingredients : Cooking oil Wors / Sausage 1 full Onion 1 Beef stock cube 1 Tsp of Rajah curry powder with garlic 1 Tsp of Rajah mild and spicy 1 Tsp of Six gun 2 Grated Tomatoes 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire 2 Tbsp Tomato sauce A half packet of brown onion soup 250ml of Water 2 tsp of sugar  Instruction : Add cooking oil to  your pot. When the oil is heated up, add your wors/sausage to  your pan and fry. Once your wors is fried, remove it from the pot. Put the pot back on your stove without the wors, add your onion,  and  beef stock cube and mix, then add your rajah mild and spicy spice, rajah carry powder with garlic spice,   six gun spice,  and stir. Add your grated tomato , Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce, and stir  On the side, in your bowl mix brown onion soup with water and add it to your gravy pot and mix then add 2 tsp sugar and mix  Cut your wors into pieces and put them in the gravy mixture and mix. & Enjoy.
