JAM TARTS BISCUITS RECIPE INGREDIENTS 250g softened butter 250ml sugar 2 eggs 5ml vanilla essence 3 cups of flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda Jam Serves: 15 Jam tarts INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease your baking pan In a bowl cream together the butter and sugar until light & creamy Add eggs and vanilla essence then continue to mix Sift flour, baking powder, and Bicarbonate of soda then add to the creamy mixture and mix Divide the dough, put one cup of dough in the freezer for 15 - 20mins then the other one press it on your baking pan, and spread the jam over the base. Then take out the dough in the freezer and grate it on top of the dough in your pan Bake until golden brown and crispy Leave to cool then slice into equal squares then serve.
