ABOUT THE POSITION

The Skills Development Intern will assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's talent acquisition, retention strategies, frameworks, and practices. Responsible for the management of a talent pool. Accountable for the policies, practices, and processes to facilitate a high-performance culture. Assists with the company's organisation design.
Manages the competency model by the agreed standards.
Coordinates and maintains the skills development and related competency assessment models.

  Queen Cakes Recipe Ingredients : 3 cups of cake flour  1/2 cup of sugar  1/2 tsp salt  3 tsp baking powder  2 eggs  1 cup milk  1 tsp vanilla essence  1/2 cup of cooking oil  Method : Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix (dry ingredients ). In a separate bowl add eggs, cooking oil, milk, and vanilla essence and mix (wet ingredients ). Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Gently mix the mixture.  In your greased pan fill each baking tray cup with the muffin mixture. Bake at 180° for 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown.

  WORS / SAUSAGE STEW RECIPE Ingredients : Cooking oil Wors / Sausage 1 full Onion 1 Beef stock cube 1 Tsp of Rajah curry powder with garlic 1 Tsp of Rajah mild and spicy 1 Tsp of Six gun 2 Grated Tomatoes 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire 2 Tbsp Tomato sauce A half packet of brown onion soup 250ml of Water 2 tsp of sugar  Instruction : Add cooking oil to  your pot. When the oil is heated up, add your wors/sausage to  your pan and fry. Once your wors is fried, remove it from the pot. Put the pot back on your stove without the wors, add your onion,  and  beef stock cube and mix, then add your rajah mild and spicy spice, rajah carry powder with garlic spice,   six gun spice,  and stir. Add your grated tomato , Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce, and stir  On the side, in your bowl mix brown onion soup with water and add it to your gravy pot and mix then add 2 tsp sugar and mix  Cut your wors into pieces and put them in the gravy mixture and mix. & Enjoy.
