Ingwenya Mineral Processing (Pty) Ltd (IMP) is a South African-owned mineral processing company with 52% black shareholding based in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga Province

ROLE, PURPOSE, AND DELIVERABLES: 
The purpose is to provide formal training to graduates and equip them with workplace skills and expose the graduates to the on-job-experience in their field of study.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Ideally, you will have a combination of the following exposures, competencies, and qualifications required for success:

Completed a Degree from any South African University or University of Technology in the following disciplines:
Degree/ B-Tech in Metallurgy
Degree/B-Tech in Safety Management
Degree/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Degree/B-Tech in Electrical Engineering

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Must be able to obtain a certificate of medical fitness.
  • Preference will be given to individuals from the following areas, Witbank, Middleburg, Belfast & Delmas.

  Queen Cakes Recipe Ingredients : 3 cups of cake flour  1/2 cup of sugar  1/2 tsp salt  3 tsp baking powder  2 eggs  1 cup milk  1 tsp vanilla essence  1/2 cup of cooking oil  Method : Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix (dry ingredients ). In a separate bowl add eggs, cooking oil, milk, and vanilla essence and mix (wet ingredients ). Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Gently mix the mixture.  In your greased pan fill each baking tray cup with the muffin mixture. Bake at 180° for 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown.

  WORS / SAUSAGE STEW RECIPE Ingredients : Cooking oil Wors / Sausage 1 full Onion 1 Beef stock cube 1 Tsp of Rajah curry powder with garlic 1 Tsp of Rajah mild and spicy 1 Tsp of Six gun 2 Grated Tomatoes 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire 2 Tbsp Tomato sauce A half packet of brown onion soup 250ml of Water 2 tsp of sugar  Instruction : Add cooking oil to  your pot. When the oil is heated up, add your wors/sausage to  your pan and fry. Once your wors is fried, remove it from the pot. Put the pot back on your stove without the wors, add your onion,  and  beef stock cube and mix, then add your rajah mild and spicy spice, rajah carry powder with garlic spice,   six gun spice,  and stir. Add your grated tomato , Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce, and stir  On the side, in your bowl mix brown onion soup with water and add it to your gravy pot and mix then add 2 tsp sugar and mix  Cut your wors into pieces and put them in the gravy mixture and mix. & Enjoy.
