Description:

Applications are hereby invited from graduates who completed their Bachelor’s degree/ National Diploma (NQF6/NQF7) at a Public Higher Education Institution in South Africa and wish to be placed in SANParks for one year with a monthly stipend of R6,030.00. SANParks is under no obligation to employ the Intern upon completion of the program.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Library Information Science / Archival Science or Multimedia Studies
  • Applicants must attach a recent copy of their CV, certified copies of their Grade 12 certificate, Academic qualifications with academic transcripts, and ID.
  • Candidates wishing to apply for the Internship outside their area of residence must be willing to find their accommodation and transportation considering that they will be earning a stipend.
  • Failure to submit the requested documents/information will result in your application not being considered.
  • Applicants will be expected to be available for assessment and selection interviews at a time, date, and place as determined by SANParks.
  • It is the applicant's responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority.
  • All appointments for internships are subject to the verification and pre-screening process.

  Queen Cakes Recipe Ingredients : 3 cups of cake flour  1/2 cup of sugar  1/2 tsp salt  3 tsp baking powder  2 eggs  1 cup milk  1 tsp vanilla essence  1/2 cup of cooking oil  Method : Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix (dry ingredients ). In a separate bowl add eggs, cooking oil, milk, and vanilla essence and mix (wet ingredients ). Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Gently mix the mixture.  In your greased pan fill each baking tray cup with the muffin mixture. Bake at 180° for 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown.

  WORS / SAUSAGE STEW RECIPE Ingredients : Cooking oil Wors / Sausage 1 full Onion 1 Beef stock cube 1 Tsp of Rajah curry powder with garlic 1 Tsp of Rajah mild and spicy 1 Tsp of Six gun 2 Grated Tomatoes 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire 2 Tbsp Tomato sauce A half packet of brown onion soup 250ml of Water 2 tsp of sugar  Instruction : Add cooking oil to  your pot. When the oil is heated up, add your wors/sausage to  your pan and fry. Once your wors is fried, remove it from the pot. Put the pot back on your stove without the wors, add your onion,  and  beef stock cube and mix, then add your rajah mild and spicy spice, rajah carry powder with garlic spice,   six gun spice,  and stir. Add your grated tomato , Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce, and stir  On the side, in your bowl mix brown onion soup with water and add it to your gravy pot and mix then add 2 tsp sugar and mix  Cut your wors into pieces and put them in the gravy mixture and mix. & Enjoy.
