Job Purpose:  
The Licensing Officer is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of driving license applications and renewals. 


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the process of driver licensing. 
• Reconcile payments and cash deposits against transactional information. 
• Forward verified statements to external authorities for processing. 
• Provide routine information related to driver registration 
• Maintain records of processed licensing applications in a proper filing system in the back office.
• Manage the process of receiving driver’s license cards, collection, and issuing to customers. 
• Attend to incoming calls efficiently and timeously to minimise customer waiting time.
• Screen calls to assist with queries or to route the callers to the correct area.  
• Que Management and keep visitors informed of waiting times where necessary. 
• Ensure that the reception is always clean and tidy - well presented. 
• Communicate with clients and establish the nature of inquiries. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 
• Grade 12  
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet and Emails) 
• At least twelve months (12) administrative experience 
• E-Natis User Certificate will be an added advantage.

  WORS / SAUSAGE STEW RECIPE Ingredients : Cooking oil Wors / Sausage 1 full Onion 1 Beef stock cube 1 Tsp of Rajah curry powder with garlic 1 Tsp of Rajah mild and spicy 1 Tsp of Six gun 2 Grated Tomatoes 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire 2 Tbsp Tomato sauce A half packet of brown onion soup 250ml of Water 2 tsp of sugar  Instruction : Add cooking oil to  your pot. When the oil is heated up, add your wors/sausage to  your pan and fry. Once your wors is fried, remove it from the pot. Put the pot back on your stove without the wors, add your onion,  and  beef stock cube and mix, then add your rajah mild and spicy spice, rajah carry powder with garlic spice,   six gun spice,  and stir. Add your grated tomato , Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce, and stir  On the side, in your bowl mix brown onion soup with water and add it to your gravy pot and mix then add 2 tsp sugar and mix  Cut your wors into pieces and put them in the gravy mixture and mix. & Enjoy.
