Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Overseeing the overall operation of the restaurant/ takeaway
  2. Ensuring quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.
  3. Overseeing and managing stock control, purchasing, and orders
  4. Dealing with customer complaints and maintaining customer service levels of the restaurant/takeaway.
  5. Maximizing profitability and meeting sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff
  6. Managing staff including discipline and work rosters.
  7. Work within a team and drive the restaurant/takeaway forward
  8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience. Minimum 3-year related experience required.
  2. GAAP experience and knowledge
  3. Management skills
  4. Organizational skills
  5. Customer Service and good verbal communication skills
  6. Problem-solving skills
