Calling all problem-solving superheroes! We're seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team! If you're a mastermind at handling administrative duties, promoting customer satisfaction, and creating solutions, then we need you! Apply now and let's fight the forces of sales chaos together!

Specific Role Responsibilities

Support Sales Managers by addressing their queries and inquiries.

Check dealer quotes, pricing, and discount before sharing them with clients

Process all quote requests promptly within one day of receipt.

Follow up with dealers if quotes take long and keep the client updated

Issue quotes within one day of receiving the request.

Complete orders and keep customers informed of any delays

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling telephonic enquires

Assist in compiling Tenders.

Handle customer inquiriesemailphone.

Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Motus fleet sales products and services.

Provide weekly quote report along with Order Received/pending

Collaborate with dealers to schedule product deliveries (backorders) to customers.

Review and follow up on existing orders for customers, coordinating with dealers to meet customer expectations.

Participate in Marketing activities, campaigns, and activations as needed.

Establish active communication with our dealer network, and ask for referrals and leads to increase sales opportunities

If you have a driver’s license assist with big fleet deliveries

Qualifications and Experience

Matric /Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level

A valid Driver’s license preferred

Computer Literacy,

3-year admin assistance experience


Skills and Personal Attributes

Advantageous: Prior experience as a sales coordinator or in administration.

knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work under pressure

Strong attention to detail

Demonstrate a good level of negotiation skills to get the best pricing from our dealer network

Ability to build a good relationship with the Motus dealer network and our fleet customers

Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle
